Dear Potential Summer's End Festival Parade Participant:

Rossville Business Association, Inc. has organized the Rossville Summer's End Festival. This festival will draw the people of the community together to share a weekend of fun filled activities, promote community spirit, and celebrate all that living and working in this area has to offer. The Summer's End is a well established event that draws thousands of people. I wanted to make sure that you were extended an invitation to participate in this community event.

This year's parade will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. This will serve as your invitation to the parade and includes the pre-registration form for your use. Registration the day of the event will be held from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on the north end of the east parking lot at the school. The parade route will begin at Rossville School's parking lot and end at the Rossville Town Park.

Thank you for considering being a part of the parade. This year's parade will get underway at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 28, 2010. Pre-registration is not a requirement, just highly suggested. We will gladly enter you in the parade the morning of the event at the parade registration tent located at the north end of the school's grounds. Remember that registration tables will only be open from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m the day of the parade so pre-registration is highly recommended.
