Plans are already underway for the Rossville Summer's End Festival - 2008 and we would greatly appreciate your participation - rain or shine!

To receive your same booth space your form must be received by January 1st 2008. Booth space assignments will be issued on a first come, first served basis, with payment due at the time of reservation. Specific booth location preferences will be considered if submitted, in writing, with this reservation form. 2008 Booth Reservation Forms must be returned by August 1, 2008. Vendors with trailers or large enclosed units must set up the evening before the festival. You will be given set up time options in your confirmation. To have your name listed in our Festival Program forms must be received by August 1, 2008.

We must require you list on your form an itemizied listing of all your products.. Please note, fireworks, poppers, spray string/streamers, stink bombs, cap gun pops, firearms, knives and other offensive novelty items WILL NOT BE PERMITTED! We appreciate your cooperation.
